At Something Charming we ship products worldwide !
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-4 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. We process orders from Monday-Friday. After you’ve placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. At this stage, please allow time for order processing.
Order processing times may be delayed by a few days during holidays, launches, limited-edition releases, or other times when we’re experiencing a high volume of orders.
Please, allow additional days in transit for delivery. If your order’s shipment is delayed significantly, we will contact you via email to notify you.
We offer free shipping on all US orders over $75 via USPS First Class Mail. Orders being shipped to P.O. Boxes, APOs and FPOs will also be shipped via USPS or UPS.
Once you have successfully placed an order on our website, you will then receive a shipment confirmation email notification once your order has shipped (within 1-3 business days). The shipping confirmation email will contain your order tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for this tracking number to become active
HANDLING & DELIVERY:
Due to the pandemic, shipping times MAY be delayed. We will do our best to ship your packages out within the stipulated time frames.
The health and safety of our employees and customers is our top priority. We’ve redesigned our order fulfillment center to comply with government/state recommended social distancing and personal protective equipment guidelines. We will notify you when your order is shipped or if we foresee any issues with fulfilling your order.
Please Note: Once USPS/UPS is in possession of your package Something Charming has absolutely no control, and we will not be held responsible if your package is LOST or ARRIVING LATE .This matter will have to be taken up with your local post office or the UPS.
We will not be responsible for shipping addresses that have been incorrectly entered.
