Return Policy

Thanks for purchasing our products at https://somethingcharming.co/. We value your patronage

Due to covid-19, all returns have been suspended. (Unless a defective/ wrong item is received).

We will only replace items that are defective or damaged at this time. If you receive a defective or broken item, please notify us within three days of receiving it, and we will gladly replace it at no cost to you. As proof, photographs of the damaged item must be taken and sent to us. In certain situations, we will ask you to return the item to us. Within 1-2 days, a replacement will be sent via USPS First Class Mail.

In some cases, we also do issue refunds if the items have not yet left our warehouse, if we are out of stock of what was ordered, or if the customer receives a defective item and opts for a refund instead of an exchange within 3 days. We address damages on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
